PaleBlueDot AI Cites $5 Billion in Signed Contracts to Support a $3.2 Billion Valuation, and Its Series B Is Reported Two Ways
The GPU-cloud startup's $200 million Series C is led by ComputeCore. Contract value is not revenue, and the earlier round is $150 million in one report and $97.1 million in another.

PaleBlueDot AI, a Palo Alto GPU-infrastructure company founded in 2024, announced a $200 million Series C on October 1, 2026 at a $3.2 billion valuation, led by ComputeCore. The company says it has more than $5 billion in signed customer contracts as of the end of September, which is about 1.6 times the valuation.
That ratio flatters, because contracts are multi-year commitments and revenue is what arrives each month. The company has not disclosed a revenue figure. It says only that revenue grew more than tenfold through 2025, and that the U.S. and Japan account for more than half of monthly revenue. All of this is company-supplied.
Two numbers for one Series B
Unite.ai reports a $150 million Series B in January 2026 at a valuation above $1 billion, led by B Capital. Dealroom, covering the same Series C, calls it $97.1 million. Both outlets agree on the January timing and on the Series C figures, and neither explains the gap. A plausible reading, which I cannot confirm, is that one counts a first close and the other the full round.
The company also took a $255 million credit facility in July 2026 from Brookfield Asset Management and Tor Investment Management, per Unite.ai. Adding the three pieces gives $605 million of disclosed capital if the Series B is $150 million, of which $255 million is borrowed against GPUs.

- Series C, October 2026200 $M

Who led, and what is unknown about them
B Capital, an existing shareholder, took part in the Series C. ComputeCore led it. Neither Unite.ai nor Dealroom describes ComputeCore, so whether it is an investment firm, a compute buyer or a strategic partner is unclear from what I read. A lead that is also a customer would change how the $5 billion should be read, and the sources do not rule it out.
The valuation went from above $1 billion in January to $3.2 billion in October, a rise of more than three times in nine months. Unite.ai does not give the share sold, and neither source says if $3.2 billion is pre-money or post-money.

The one technical claim
The photograph above shows a consumer RTX Blackwell card. PaleBlueDot's hardware is different: each node in its Japan B300 cluster holds eight Nvidia Blackwell Ultra GPUs linked by NVLink. The company says the cluster earned Nvidia Exemplar Cloud status, with performance above 98% of Nvidia reference performance across six large-model training workloads. The 98% figure is company-supplied; Nvidia's own validation page was not among the sources I read.
| Item | Figure | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Series C | $200M at $3.2B | Unite.ai, Dealroom |
| Signed contracts | over $5B | Unite.ai, Dealroom |
| Series B | $150M or $97.1M | Unite.ai, Dealroom |
| Credit facility | $255M | Unite.ai |
CEO Stephen Watts said, as quoted by Dealroom, that the company will "continue to broaden our customer base, with a focus on frontier labs, Neolabs and enterprises in the US." Proceeds go to compute capacity and to full-stack and commercial hiring.
Supply tightness is the same pressure behind the Micron statement that 75% of 2027 output is sold, and the question of how far a valuation can rest on commitments recurs in the RobCo secondary.
The observable test is conversion. When PaleBlueDot discloses revenue, or a filing for the credit facility lists the collateral, $5 billion in contracts can finally be set against something that was actually billed.
