Parallel Loop Raises $6.6 Million Seed Four Months After Founding
3one4 Capital led the round for an enterprise AI services firm whose two outlets cannot agree whether it has 10 clients or 12.

Parallel Loop, an enterprise AI services company founded in June, announced a $6.6 million seed round on Oct. 14 led by 3one4 Capital. That is about ₹63.1 crore, Inc42 reported, raised roughly four months after the company was founded and with no valuation given.
Entrackr confirmed the amount and lead. Inc42 added the rest of the cap table: Picus Capital, Flourish Ventures and Economic Development Innovations Singapore, plus angels including Paytm founder Vijay Shekhar Sharma, CRED founder Kunal Shah and Philip Yeo, a former chairman of Singapore's Economic Development Board.
Two founders from an acquired insurtech
Prateek Jogani and Yujun Chean founded Parallel Loop after selling their previous company, the Thailand-based insurtech FairDee, to Qoala. At Qoala, Jogani was group chief technology officer and Chean was group chief operating officer, according to Inc42. The sale price was not given in either article.
The company is headquartered in the United States with an entity in Bengaluru, and Inc42 said 85 to 90 percent of its workforce is in India. The 30-person team is spread across Singapore, Bengaluru, Bangkok, London and Dubai, so a seed of $6.6 million works out to about $220,000 per head of current staff, before any hiring.
What it sells, and the client count that differs
Parallel Loop calls itself an "AI operating partner for mid-market and large enterprises," pairing a platform with its own engineers. Inc42 listed three offerings: AI enablement, meaning use-case selection and roadmaps; an AI stack that connects a client's existing systems to dashboards and automated workflows; and a software factory that rebuilds legacy systems.
| Offering | What the client gets | Deployment detail |
|---|---|---|
| AI enablement | Use-case identification, adoption roadmaps | Advisory |
| AI stack | Connectors to existing systems, dashboards, workflows | Client cloud or on-premises |
| Software factory | Legacy modernisation, new applications | Engineers plus AI agents |
The two outlets disagree on traction. Inc42 said Parallel Loop works with more than 12 enterprises. Entrackr said more than 10. Named clients are Licious and Havells in India and Tokio Marine Safety Insurance in Thailand. At Havells, several hundred employees use the platform for workflows, automations and dashboards, Inc42 reported.

The claim worth testing: AI is about 10 percent of a workflow
Jogani told Inc42 the company builds deterministic workflows, with predefined rules, rather than autonomous agents, and that the AI handles classification or judgement steps that he put at about 10 percent of a workflow. The platform supports multiple model providers, including open-weight models, and keeps an audit trail of prompts, responses, context changes and actions.
That positioning separates Parallel Loop from companies selling agents that act on their own, and it raises the margin question. A platform paired with forward-deployed engineers carries labour cost per client that a pure software business does not. Neither outlet reported revenue, contract size or gross margin, so the 12 clients cannot yet be converted into a figure.
Other enterprise A.I. vendors have raised on narrower evidence. Vesta took a $30 million Series B from three lenders that already use its software, while Character.AI filed for Chapter 11 with a $20 million bid as the opening offer. Parallel Loop's evidence is a named client list and a founding team that has sold a company before.
What the money is for
Inc42 said the seed will go on go-to-market, hiring and scaling operations, with a focus on Western markets, according to Jogani. Inc42 also cited a Google and Inc42 report projecting India's enterprise A.I. market at $71 billion by 2030, a projection from a publication that is itself reporting on the company.
The next observable event is the first disclosed contract size or a priced follow-on round. Until one appears, the defensible statement is that Parallel Loop has secured $6.6 million and has not published a valuation, a revenue figure or a client's spend.
